Between $1 and $5 million.
WE PARTICIPATE IN SEED AND SERIES A ROUND FINANCINGS.
Convertible notes (including bridge rounds).
Equity and are open to SAFE agreements.
We have flexibility to work with companies outside this range and will determine a fit on a deal by deal basis.
